An interesting movie, but very long and crumpled. Adam Driver came out very well. This is his most striking transformation.
Automotive and family passions are the focus of the biopic directed by Grandfather Mann. Driver and Cruz played superbly. The rest are background. In addition to two very bright roles, scenes of car accidents in the spirit of "Final Destination" are also memorable. Hard. An ambiguous but watchable movie.
It’s a shame when a great director returns in his best form in the last 20 years, making a film on a topic that he was so passionate about, and you watch it all, silently noting the merits, and remain completely indifferent.
The characters created super-drama, which the director mixed with dynamic racing. But the viewer is still bored.
The mournful story of the founder of Ferrari during his crisis. An extended drama with several inclusions of auto racing themes. The only thing that pulls the film apart is the strong acting. But it’s still downright hard to watch.
A biographical drama about an ambitious designer, careerist and man of ambition who put the interests of his legacy and the car company above human lives. The film only partially covers the tragic fate of Alfonso de Portago in the infamous Mille Miglia race.
A good, solidly made film. It’s strange why it missed out on major film awards. Cruz and Driver are good here. But I understand why some viewers didn’t like it: the film turned out a bit dry, it sorely lacks dynamics.
A well-made drama, quite simple, nothing catches you, but it doesn’t repel you either. Everything for everyone. The main advantage is the excellent tempo, it never sags, two hours fly by unnoticed, but it doesn’t leave a strong impression afterwards.

Adam Driver. Penelope Cruz. In one breath. Cool actors and cool shooting. Lots of drive and emotions. And of course, the spectacular Thousand Mile Race. They drive Enzo cars to win!
It just so happens that in the film about Enzo Ferrari there are quite a few cars, but there is a blatant overkill with the soap drama.
The difficult period of Ferrari’s life is shown, when he was on the verge of bankruptcy and lived with two families. Everything comes down to the personality of the GG – the one whose religion was race. A reserved, ascetic character and the same kind of film. It did not evoke any emotions, except for the scenes of the famous tragic race (the last 40 minutes).
Adam is walking sex, Penelope is also fire. There was also something about cars.
A film about not the most pleasant people, which just barely falls short of the "seven". At least the cars are beautiful.
