    Production

The project was in ongoing development since 2009. The proposed film adaptation has gone through two major phases of planning: initially with Cary Fukunaga from 2009 to 2015, with the early contributions of screenwriter David Kajganich, and with Andy Muschietti, with Fukunaga remaining in some capacity due to prior screenplay contributions.

To be honest, I appreciated this film after not the first viewing. It’s interesting and exciting, but it’s also a horror movie and a comedy. I’m not kidding, in some places where it should be scary, you just want to laugh. All in all, it’s a good movie and worth watching, but I think it’s overrated. Translated to English

There were actually a couple of moments in the theater that scared me, but overall it was a pretty good adaptation of the book. Translated to English

I rewatched it before part 2. Talented young actors, funny dialogues, funny horror films. Translated to English

In this film, everything is in its place, there’s nothing to complain about. Hey horror movie directors, watch how they should film. Translated to English

It’s nice to see the Horror genre rise from its knees. The film "It" was very well shot. The characters are well written. Scary moments are criticized, although there could have been fewer jump scares. The film is not without clichés, but now it’s impossible without it. One of the best film adaptations (top 5) based on King. Translated to English

A well shot and well directed film based on the book. Pennywise is shown as a monster of many faces with a huge amount of manipulation. The actors are organic in their roles. But… something didn’t grab me deeply 🤷‍♀️ Translated to English
