A set of lamp-based, but not very funny sketches, which for some reason won an Oscar. Jacques Tati is the heir to Chaplin and the ancestor of Mr. Bean. And it’s just a shame, not a single one of his films excites me. The third approach, and again, alas, missed. 6.5 out of 10 Translated to English

i’m just glad that some, and maybe many, liked the film. This creation takes on an elegy of life in the frame. And it is precisely such works that I want to review more and more over time. Translated to English

Delight from every scene!) Highly artistic positivity from the Rurikovich descendant Yakov Tatishchev (aka Jacques Tati)) Translated to English

many people may not like Tati’s films, but it’s worth watching at least a couple of them to get acquainted and have your own opinion. A must for local film experts, critics and connoisseurs. Not much like anything after the Marx Brothers (I think a simple opinion won’t hurt) Translated to English

Well, is it really possible to say something new here: a wonderful comedy with amazing finds in humor and work with color in the frame. Tati brilliantly raises the main theme of his filmography – the tense coexistence of traditional French life with new, modern technologies. Translated to English
